1) Before going into ruku (bowing) we raise our hands and say:

1. Bismillah.
2. Ashadu an la illah illa Allah.
3. Alhamdulillah.
4. Allahu Akbar.

2) In the state of sajdah (prostration):

1. one should remain silent.
2. one should recite from any chapter of the Quran.
3. one should say ‘Subhana Rabbi yal A'la’ three times.
4. one should recite Surah Al-Fatiha.

3) During ruku (bowing) one should say ‘Subhana Rabbi Yal 'Azeem’,:

1. one time.
2. five times.
3. two times.
4. three times.

4) For a prayer consisting of three rak’ahs (units) the tashahud is to be performed:

1. in the first two consecutive rak’ah (units).
2. in the last two consecutive rak’ah (unit).
3. only in the last rak’ah(unit).
4. only in the first rak’ah(unit).

5) When straightening up from the ruku (bowing position) we raise our hands and say:

1. Sami Allahu liman hamida.
2. Subhan Allah.
3. Allahu Akbar.
4. Subhana Rabbi yal A'la.

6) When performing the tasleem:

1. one should salute first to the right and then to the left.
2. one should salute in no particular order.
3. one should salute first to the left and then to the right.
4. one should only say, ‘As-salamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullah’ without any movement of the head.
