2. utilizing one's free time to play video games excessively and play like a pro.
3. utilizing one's free time to perform acts which are beneficial and rewarding.

4) Once we have learnt the basics of prayer, we should:

1. keep on improving upon it until we are satisfied that we are praying in the correct manner.
2. continue praying the way it is and not improve upon it lest we become discouraged if it takes too long to do it well.
3. There is no point in trying to improve upon one's prayer as no one can attain perfection in any case.

4. avoid extremes as one's energy needs to be directed more towards the satisfaction of one's own needs.
